Hello, I have a XP install disk that says "includes Service Pack 1a".
I am trying to install the asian language pack and after I put the
disk into the CD bay  I get an error message that says:
\\Setup cannot copy the file PINTLGDX.IM_.

My computer has 3 ports for usb memory sticks and one port for a compact flash card. The 2 ports for memory sticks and the port for the compact flash card do not function. I understand it could be a bios problem but then I suppose none of the ports would be functioning.

It will not read or burn any CD or DVD.Device Manager says it is functioning properly. We have cleaned drive using a cleaning disk. Checked for updates and says it is the best.It was working a few weeks ago then it started to have unsuccessful burns then a few good burns ...very ...

On a Toshiba satellite notebook with XP home and a pci
software(win)modem the user was kicked off the internet

OK then here goes......My IDE ports are currently set to
DMA (UDMA-5) mode, and all works fine until I want to
