Occasionally svchost.exe maxes out my cpu to 99-100% and
i need to reboot my PC to get rid of this as all my other
applications come to a grainding halt. Anyone got any
ideas to why this is happening and how to rectify it?

I have always run an extra video card in addition to the
onboard to have two monitors on my pc.  However, courtesy
of sasser I recently hads to rebuild my machine and since
then I cannot get both video cards to come up at the same

Thanks.  I went ahead and changed the assigned drive
letters.  That worked.

I have two ATA Had Drives installed. The Primary one is a Western Digital
160 GB. The operating system is only recognizing 120 GB. How do I make the

am running XP Home and I used to be able to drag files
into the CD-RW drive and then write with XP. Now it seems
that it is not recognising the drive as recordable.
(But it will still work in specialist burning software,
