got a sata drive in 3 partitions
windows wont recognise the 3rd partition,but is
constantly trying to access itslowing every thing down
horribly.i cant access it to format partition.

I have added a SATA/USB/IEEE PCI card which functions. I
have installed a Samsung SATA Hard drive which is
recognised by the device manager but will not show up on
My Computer as a Drive.
