I am building a new PC, and have the following hardware:
Hitachi 160GB SATA Hard Drive
ASUS K8V Motherboard
The motherboard recognizes the hard drive no problem, but when I try to

erratic movement of logitech pilot mouse
wheel scroll jumps only from paragraph to paragraph
no software shown in control panel
download from logitech has not helped

I'm not sure if this is a hardware or software problem.  But it only happens
in the Windows environment.  What happens is the PC turns off power to the
monitor and CD drives after booting up to the logon screen or sometimes I
can get past that and actually get into Windows before it ...

I loaded XP home ed. @ 9 months ago.  Since I installed

hi, i have the microsoft multimedia keyboard (black one,
if it makes a difference), and when i install the
intellitype software to enable the hotkeys, my game
controls get all messed up no matter what game i play.  

Is there a quick fix for a single key that does not
work.  I have a Dell laptop and the 'I' key does not work.

My modem connects with ISP, handshakes, speed decided

I have the Intel® 82845G Graphics Controller. Is that a
graphics card? I don't know much about this area of
computers. How can I tell if my graphics has its own card
or if it is on-board? I don't want to open up the case.
