I keep getting two error messages whenever I start up my
Toshiba laptop.  The first one reads,
"Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll" and says
the specified module can't be found.

Hello, yes I'm back. This time I've truly found the problem and I've narrowed
it down much more for you guys.
Recently I had to reinstall Windows XP, so I did so. But I was having
troubles with the internet and couldn't figure it out so I started playing

My computer was fine.
Now, whenever I right click to save either an image from the internet, or an
animated .GIF, it will only let me save them as .Bitmaps.
Why?

I have a w2k system that has an external scsi chain with a couple
devices on it. One is a film scanner that I turn off after use because
sometimes I go for weeks between use and it has a lamp in it that has
a limited lifetime.
