I have a GeForce4 FX-5200 Video card that constantly causes a BSOD since I've put in SP2. The message states that the driver nv4_disp causes an infinite loop. Has anyone seen or fixed this? I've added the latest driver, but this has not helped. Any ideas?

How can I stop the "Autoexec.nt" file from being deleted from the "System32" directory when I close windows down. If not, can I make windows copy a backup of this file at start up?
