I have an hp pavillion 533 w/6 usb2.0 ports.  I recently pluged my
plextor DVD burner in only to get the "high speed usb device plugged
into a non high speed port".  I have been using this device in this
port for about a year with no problems until now.

I Installed second hard disk and format it and saved some file in there.
After I Installed SP2, this partition disappeared! even  bios can not see
that. any idea?

Ok, I've partitioned my hard drive into a 60GB partition and a 90GB
partition. Just this past week I rebooted my computer only to find that the
90GB partition to be RAW and requiring a format. Mind you, I had about half
of the 90GB partition filled with important documents and ...

I've dropped an NTFS hard drive in as a second hard drive and want to format
it. It won't let me though!!
Is there something tucked away in XP that will allow me to do this? The
original hard drive isn't NTFS.

I found an old (probably from 2000) CD of mine with what i KNOW has a LOT of
pics, documents, etc on it.  But it only SHOWS one .doc file which i CAN
INDEED open.  The disc shows that there is "X" % full...but NOT completely.  
Basically, what I'm thinking is that my old pics ARE ...

my cd player/burner at times get stuck and will not open; the green light
stays on and it appears thet it keeps spinning.  (i need to open it manually).
any suggestion on how to fix it?

I have a Tiny keyboard (model SK1689) with designated 'EMAIL' and 'INTERNET'
keys.  The 'INTERNET' key works but the 'EMAIL' key doesn't.  Does anyone
know how I can get it to work?

i start windows xp, it has sp2 on it, then i power up my external oxford hard
drive and it does not load it correctly. it sees it but does not let me do
anything to it.  i am going from a 6 pin to 4 pin firewire.
and when i reboot with the external on it still does not see it.  

I have 2 identical PCs running XP Pro. Will there be any problems if I
switch hard disks between them? Will XP see it as a complete change of
hardware, even though the configuration is the same?
