I have a Celeron 433 MHz with 384 MB ram running on win98SE . I am thinking of switching to windows xp. Is this pc's hardware resources adequate to run Windows XP? Anything to look out for when installing win xp on this machine?

Hello, I am using an Intel D865glc motherboard and it specifies that it uses the built-in MS/Windows drivers for the onboard disk controllers for both its SATA and PATA controllers. When looking up information about the driver it lists ATAPI.SYS. I am using Windows XP PRO SP2.
