I recently loaded on MCE 2005 onto my computer.  I couldn't be happier with
this OS, except i'm having a problem with the remote control.  I am using the
Hauppauge 150 PVR tuner card and remote.  Only a few buttons on the remote
work, Volume, Record, Play, Pause, Fast Forward, ...

Are there any issues one should consider when adding an external DVD-writer
to a LapTop running WinXP (Pro), already equipped with a CD-writer?
Software - NERO 6.6
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Have tried three different brands in two different XP machines, and have
the same problem on  all.
Problem is:
PCI cards install fine, and appear to be correct in DevMgr.

Recently I've purchased an eMac - I'm switching, and this PC goes to my
sister if it's working properly but recently I've been having a power issue.
Whenever I switch the PC on at the mains the PC quickly turns on and then

I have a Maxtor One Touch 120gb external hardrive.  It's been running fine
until now.  Whenever i turn it on now i get this error message
