How do I use my microphone to talk through my speakers on my computer?  Can

I'm wondering if this is an appropriate forum to ask this question....
What is the maximum number of video cards that can be inserted in a
PCI-based computer? I'm thinking of using Windows CE to build an embedded
system.... can WindowsCE support multiple desktops?

I am going to be installing a new hard drive in my computer.  What do I need
to do? I cannot find my xp disc, will this be a problem?  Will the transfer
files and settings wizard take care of this task?  Someone please reply and
let me know everything I need to do to do this ...

I have a home built w/an athalon 1.4Ghz cpu, 512Gig ram and an 80Gig
Maxtor drive.
I don't use it every day, it is my back-up PC.
I tried to boot to it today, and it gets to the XPproSP2 screen,

Installed new 160 g drive as slave and it was detected after boot up
sequence.Appears in
device manager but not my computer as it was not formatted/partitioned as
yet.Shutdown the pc

I am using an old Access 2.0 program, intended to run on win 3.x. I am
running it on windows xp, and when I do so, the scroll function on my mouse
dos'nt work in the program. It works fine outside the program.

i have recently started to have a problem where my sound card isnt detected

I have Dell optical wheel mouse. Everytimes I reboot my Notebook, I need to
