I have been running XP for over a year now. Both my floppy and Belkin USB
Card reader have suddenly stopped working. I get the same message from each
'Please insert a disk into drive X:"
The only software I installed this week was AVG Anti-Virus, but even after

i have a radeon 9200 series gfx card on installed a happuage wintv 150 tv
card but had no luck gettign the wmc using the live tv (tryed many differant
drivers for tv card)when i start wmc it says "your video card or drivers are

I accidentally switched off my sons pc from the switch rather than the
shutdown process. Now when I try and reboot it won't.
It says it can't find boot records. It's OS is XP. It's a Packard Bell (very
trusted up until now)

My DVD Drive was fine until I changed the drive letter from D to J (as I had
an application that would only load from drives A through D). Upon returning
the drive to D nothing plays, help please.

I hve just migrated my Laptop from W2K to XP, and cannot make the speakers
attached to the docking station work.

On my NVIDIA settings it says BUS type = PCI, but its in
the AGP slot and everytime i start my computer i go in
device manager and it has a exclamation mark next to the

I have MS XP home on my PC. It has two 60 GB hard drives. Both of the were
working fine. (60 GB ATA 100 units)
I had a 40 GB HD that I wanted to transfer the data. I plugged in the 40 GB

an old restoration point, reinstalled the driver and updated the firmware.

I removed a modem using device manager and I thought if you did it that way
it removed the drivers for the device.  If I look in
C:\Windows\system32\drivers it still shows drivers for the modem.  I was
wondering if I could delete the drivers or will it cause problems.

So a little bit of a story....I have this Celeron 600 machine that I have
used for about a year....just a cheap piece of junk machine....but it has a
nice CD/DVD burner in it. A Plextor 712A with the latest firmware. It's
worked flawlessly for the 6 months I've had it.
