I just install a new hard drive..Seagate 200gb....how do you format this
harddrive...as when i did it...it turn into a dynamic disk....unable to make

I have xp home on an [adjective] ___ pre-install hp
pavilion a300n.  ASUS CD-R/W drive no longer will read most
CD-R's or burn them.  For some reason, CD-RW's are still
fine.  Yes, I tried a few different brands and no luck.

I have recently bought a mp3 player, which is a USB (1.1) mass storage.
I tried plugged it into a WinXP home machine (SP2), and Win prompts
for driver (which is strange).  On that same XP home machine, I have
another USB (2.0) mass storage installed with no problem.  To rule out
