I have a P4 2.26 gigahertz proc. and was wondering what kind of recommendation for a power supply I should get. I'm not looking to overclock and or anything heavy. I'm confused when it comes to dual fans and voltages.

My computer makes sound everytime i use it . The sound sounds like the harddrive is being used intensively. I know that the fan blowing is normal, but is this sound that i described normal.

When I boot, I get a message that "Windows cannot find C:Program. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." I click on OK and the boot process completes. While only annoying, it would be nice if it did not occur.

Friend has MS Client for windows and File and printer sharing on his system and he does not connect to any other computers on a network. He does use cable Internet but no network nor file and printer sharing. Can we remove those two in order to speed up his boot time - I believe

Hi. I'm running XP SP1 on a Dell Dimmension 8400. I purchased the PC with a Seagate 160GB SATA harddrive. That works fine. Recently, I purchased and installed a second (non boot) drive. That one is a Maxtor SATA 250GB drive.
