I was trying to do a System Restore on my computer to two months previous
today (January). Windows is now not working on my computer now and I don't
know what to do to fix it. The Start Menu and Bar won't even show and I can't

My RAID array failed and I need to move my operating system files to a new
hard drive.  I'm currently operating on the one good HD from the array.  
What is the best way to move all the system and program files to the new HD?
