Just curious if anyone out there has had a chance to build a system using these processors. My concern was the cooling of these processors. I was concerned if the retail heatsink would do for just normal computing.

When I use my home pc to dial I receive no dial tone. I have checked the volume, wires, and that is properly seated but I cant see any problems. It connects ok and I can play any other sounds though the PC ok. The device maage also syas it working ok.

My new DVD burner would not read or recognize CDs so I removed it from my system for replacement. My system would not boot or even recognize my hard drives. I removed one of my hard drives and put it into an external USB case and was able to read it on my laptop. My conclusion

I wonder if any of you would know if i added a HD from my previous computer to my new one (which has 2 gB of memory) am I going to have problems. I know that you can dual boot XP and 98SE but, I am concerned with how 98 will react to the memory installed.

When I open Task Manager, only part of it or nothing at all shows up on the desktop. I can't do anything with it and the only way I can close it is to right-click on it in the System Tray and close it. How I can reinstall it? The only other place it shows up is on the Task Bar. ...

I just upgraded my machine from 1GB (2 x 512) to 4GB (2 x 2GB). The BIOS shows 4GB of RAM, but Windows is showing 3.5GB of RAM. Anyone seen this before? Why would Windows report the RAM that way? Thanks. (Windows XP Pro)
