My new DELL has a bad network card (integrated) and they are coming to rplace the motherboard. Teh service tech has told me I will need to reactivate my XP license once the motherboard is replaced. Any idea how to this?

I am having issues with installing USB devices. I have a USB card (from my old motherboard) and integrated USB on my new one. Whenever I try to install the card, or any USB device, it tells me that it cannot install the hardware because "The data is invalid."
