Im trying to add more memory to my pc (E-Machines T2862), and not sure which
type to get. I know its PC2700, but, there are many different kinds, meaning
some are different pin counts and such. The emachines web site gave me no
help, so maybe someone can help me out here... ...

I am in a situation of preparing a "standard" image for many
non-standard PCs.  I am going to do this by installing with a standard
HAL and switch to an ACPI HAL upon install, and by creating a blank
hardware profile to boot to on the new PC after the initial installation

What is the diffrence between Unbuffered non-parity 168-pin DIMM
and Registered ECC 168-pin DIMM and which one does my Hp pavillion 754n
need. Is  Viking 512MB PC2100 DDR 266MHz Memory good for my computer or do i
need Premium 512MB PC2100 DDR 266MHz Memory.

I have a problem with USB. Device manager reports:
"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver."
No amount of re-installing makes any difference, auto re-install, manual

I have XP Pro and for some reason the thing locked up whilst I was
transferring files to drive:H
I fixed the crash which was a corrupted GeForce Display file but now
notice my 3rd HD (DRive H:) shows no name and tells me it is unformatted.

When I play games or run a Drector movie etc. the video does not keep up with
the sound; even on a short clip it can be several seconds behind.
GeForce FX 5200 128 Meg and 5.1 sound; XP Pro /SP2
It's quite annoying and if htere's a fix I qwould like to know....

Does anyone have experience upgrading a Motherboard with

16(like minimum and 17 like maximum), but    IRQ work line  is between 0 and

I've got external liteon cd/dvd revriter month ago an used it to watch
movies. Yesterday playing dvd in the middle of film it stopped don't know why
and message shows "unknown device". I tried connect to different usb ports
but problem is the same. All usb ports still recognise ...
