When I format my hard drive it says it repairing clusters. This takes about 24 hours to do this on my 60 gig hard drive. It works when its done, but is there a way to do this faster.

i'm running XP pro w/sp2, in my home we have 2 IBM compatibles both with XP pro, we also have 2 MAC systems. the MACs can see the windows, but not the other way around. believe i need appletalk? maybe?
