I am using XP (Service Pack 2) at work in Liverpool, England.
I put a Flash storage device in a USB port this morning, but the device
didn't appear in My Computer like it normally does.
I looked in the device manager, and the memory stick was listed normally

The one cards has a very funny behaviour.
First of all, only 2 of the 4 ports are USB2 ... and then one of these

I cant get my usb-ports to work. I have tried to uninstall them and then
restart my computer, but i cant get them working. How can i fix this problem?

When I format my hard drive it says it repairing clusters. This takes about
24 hours to do this on my 60 gig hard drive. It works when its done, but is
there a way to do this faster.

I rebooted my machine today and my data drive (2nd NTFS drive and not
bootable) did not show up in My Computer.
Using the Disk Manager it reported that the drive (Maxtor 200GB) was
Not Initialized and Unallocated. I ran Norton Disc Doctor which

i'm running XP pro w/sp2, in my home we have 2 IBM compatibles both with XP
pro, we also have 2 MAC systems.
the MACs can see the windows, but not the other way around.
believe i need appletalk? maybe?

I am trying to research and get the best video card to play this game at
1024x768 resolution without having to fork out a lot of money.
If anyone has any recommendations, I would appreciate it.

After installing the software and connecting the Epson 4180 scanner, the
error message, "Please install the supported TWAIN driver" appears with every
attempt to start the scanner.  After installing this new equipment on 4/2/05,
an updated driver was downloaded and installed ... ...

I just put a new hard drive and reinstalled XP (upgrade through ME) on my
system, I then reinstalled the old drive as a slave to recover some data and
XP doesn't show it.  I checked and the BIOS found the drive as a slave
without any problems.  I tried looking for it in disk ...

Help! i have anti virus but i have 3 viruses that cannot be removed and i
have to delete them myself. It tells me to repair files in an archive but i
dont know how to open it/them. Im not a wizz on computers so any help would
be greatfully recieved. Thanks

Windows Memory Diagnostic Utility always reports a failed test on the memory
module in the lowest numbered slot and will fail any one module in any slot.
Other memory testing utilities show no faults. I tried using this test after
sending an error report after a crash to restart ...

Reinstalled Windows XP and did all updates.  Can get no sound.  When I go
into Volume control it says no audio device.  Ran DirectX Diagnostics and
recieved this message:
