I recently bought some Mitsumi DVD's. I am running a Toshiba DVD burner. When I put the disk in the DVD, it doesn't recognize it - says the DVD burner is still empty. Can anyone help me?

I have been searching for a diver for my Seagate SATA HDD. I have a Dell GX270 and original Dell XP Pro OS. When I look at the Device Manager, Disk Drives, Drivers it says 2001. I am sure this is the wrong driver. There was no SATA in 2001.

I am looking to change over to SATA hard drives. My motherboard accepts two and states it supports Raid 0 & 1. Now I understand the difference concerning the two raid formats but I am wondering if I can ignore the raid set up and just use the drives the same as my PATA drives ...

On older versions of windows my computer would be turned off after windows shut down. Now I get a blue screen error message and must manually turn off the computer. Is there a setting to have it turn off automatically?
