power

I have an usb extension cable that works like an usb hub.
When I connect it at an Windows XP machine, the windows doesn´t recognize it
(Unknow Device), but when I connect it to an Windows 2000 machine, it is
recognized as Generic USB hub

they're brand new, i've connected them properly and they're turned on but

is there any way to fix this? i went into bios and enabled everything. the
computer is not even registering that there is something in the usb port. i
know the camera i plug in is getting a signal because the lights flash. i
plugged it into my mom's computer and it showed up ...

A friend has come to me with a problem on his Laptop that has Windows XP
Home Edition installed on it. He recently upgraded his laptop with some
more RAM, and ever since he has not been able to get past the 'Welcome'
screen on boot up (even when we put the old ram back in).

I do not know what happened to my CD-Writer-DVD-Combo. The device
manager is showing the (! black sign inside the yellow round.
Its properties show that the device cannot start (Code10).

how do you get into the case to replace a hard drive. i have taken all
the screws off the bottom of it and still won't come apart. are there
hidden screws in this thing.

I was wondering if a "combo" PCI adapter incorporating an USB2.0, IEEE 1394,
and a UATA-133 IDE controller, would function more efficiently than three
individual PCI adapters each with one of these functions. Is there any
performance gain/loss?

I have Canon i320 Printer,It can't print because LED Resume button
flip-flop green-yellow. Someone tell me that It must be reset EEPROM.
