I am running Windows XP Pro...main Hard Drive is 80GB Primary Master; I had a second (Secondary Slave) 20GB drive where I store all my files/pics/programs/etc. Both hard drives are Maxtor. Also I have my Power Options set in the "Turn Off Monitor" to 3 minutes.

I have a new Dell computer with OS Windows XP home. I just installed my old Iomega Jaz drive and SCSI card. The Jaz drive is not located in My Computer. The Jaz drive is, however, located in Device Manager in Disk drives as “Iomega Jaz 1GB SCSI Disk Device.”

Can I replace my motherboard, cpu & memory and expect my existing Windows XP installation to boot up? I realise there may be an issue with XP detecting too many hardware changes and insisting on being reregistered, but is that likely to be the only thing?
