This isn't a big deal, but I'm curious if anyone knows where I might look to solve this problem. I get a beep tone on my Dell during the boot process, and before the Windows XP splash screen I see a message that says "Processor fan not detected."

I have Windows XP Service Pack 2 machine with two COM ports (COM1 is built-in and COM2 is an PCI serial card). Every time I try to startup an application that uses these COM ports I got an erro message indicating that the port is already open.

I spent 3 days trying to find an XP driver for the Matshita CR-589 32x CD/ROM. The company was bought by Panasonic and is also known as "matsushita/ Panasonic".This driver supposedly exists , but I sure cant find it. Any help?

I'm working on an older laptop, and it repeatedly boots up with a Stuc 1D Error. I've tried putting in a secondary keyboard, but it seems tha the same keys aren't working. It also seems like the ctrl key is stuck but I've checked the keyboard and there's no stuck key or malfunction
