Can someone help? I have had an intermittent problem where my system just shuts off for no apparent reason - there is still power to the box, but it's almost like it's gone into hibernation mode (I have turned all these settings off).

Does bigger Harddrive (200-250 GB) size means more heat and use more power? I got a 2 year old motherboard, harddrive is connected to primary ide(blue), dvd-rw drive and cd-rom drive connected to secondary ide(black) set to master/slave.

I just bought a Western Digital harddisk (WD800JB) and i can't get the DMA 4 at least that is the maximum that my motherboard can support even if my HD can do UDMA 5. I would like to know if it is possible to get driver for HD because i went to the WD website and there's no driver
