I have 3 hard disks and I am putting together a new computer. The first hard disk is brand new SATA 300GB 16meg cache and NCQ. The other two are 250 MB 8meg cache IDE's. Would it be best to keep my system files on the new SATA drive

Have just set up a Dell Truemobile 2300 wireless router and fitted laptop with wireless card. The computer & router are talking to each other no problem, but IE and Outlook Ex will not connect to internet via the wireless connection. My broadband is from NTL set top box.

My computer (running Windows XP Home Edition) boots up okay but before boot-up is complete I get a message saying "Checking file system on C: the type of the file system is NTFS, Folume Label is HDD. One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency....etc."

I've been battling Page Fault Error so I download UPHClean and now I get the error above. Does this mean my hard drive is failing, or do I just need to unplug and plug back in. School is starting soon and I need to get this resolved.
