Hello I have a system that I just setup. Installed XP PRO installed all
updates etc. I have 2ea Sony DVD RW DW-D22A drives in the computer. When I
bring up the properties on each drive one of them will allow me to select
recording and the other will not.

I have XP Home with an Avance AC 97 sound card, probably the cheapest one
made. The sound (I listen to a lot of opera) is horribly screechy and

no it's not the power connection I disconnected the new driv
completely, the sata cord was disconneted from the mother board and th
power cord disconnected from drive. windows still gets stuck in the boo
process, I'm thinking it's some sort of file that's missing

Has anyone upgraded their Diskkeeper vsn 8 to vsn 9?    If so, were
there any advantages worth the upgrade price?
