I try to shut the E Drive and it tries to read something but then opens and
stays open.  The Computer has been off all night, did a scan with sophis,
nothing found. Any suggestions?

I just started using a 512 Jump Drive to backup my Quicken files. It worked
fine the first time, but when I reconnected it a few days later my PC didn't
recognize it (there was/is no icon on "My Computer" and the wizards also
don't see it). The USB port still works with my camera ...

I broke down and bought a new soundblaster soundcard and it was nstalled
sucessfully and d/m says its operating fine...but when i look in the the
sound settings it says there is no audio device present....whats wrong now

It seems that Microsoft has release an update for many of the Firewire problems
that folks have had with XP. After having spent the last yewar trying to get my
problems with Firewire devices worked and told that there wasn't a problem,

anybody there please help me....
for your info my pc get infect by trojan when using a p2p... my
antivirus cant detect it...afterthat i boot my c drive(i got another 2
partition) because my IE got error loading some DLL file.... and lucky
