I have a Kodak DX3500 and for the last several weeks, whenever I connect the camera via USB to my laptop (IBM A21P), it displays an error that the USB device malfunctioned. I know the camera's working because I connect it to another PC and it works. And I know it's not the USB.

My cd and cd-rw drives are invisible to all my software. They load, are recognized in the device manager as hardware that is working, but when I put a cd into either drive and try to open it, the cd is not recognized. Any suggestions???

Trying to install Win XP onto new SATA hard drive when I hit F6 it tells me to put in a floppy drive so it can copy the drivers onto the floppy disk. The problem is that I have no floppy drives. Is there a way to tell it to copy it to a USB data stick?
