I'm trying to install my Ethernet card on my Windows XP system.
However, crap dumbass Windows XP insists to install its "own" drivers
each time automatically, without me being able to stop it. Whenever I
choose to uninstall, it removes the item from the device manager.

My cd burner will allow me to burn music but won't let me save jpeg and other
files.Any idea why and how I correct this issue?

Could someone suggest some cheap 2d video cards that supports wide screen
resolution like 1680x1050 and DVI output? AGP or PCI are ok. I just want it
to run dual monitors for using photoshop or other graphics apps.

I get stright to the problem. The problem i'm having is non of the
Function keys (F1 - F12) works. for example F5 should refresh the page
and F2 should rename a file, but non of them works. Can someone help me
fix the problem? I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2.

After upgrading to WINXP PRO I have no audio what must I do look for audio
Devices or audio drivers.  Before I upgraded to winxp pro I had audio on my
computer.  Please help.

My computer's motherboard only seems to have ATA-33 spec builtin
controllers.  The burner should be able to write DVDs up to 16x.  Is
the ATA-33 going to limit the DVD writer from doing its job?

my hard drive has been making a noise since i rebooted and the indicator
light is constantly on. it comes up slow and take forever to shut down. i've
tried rebooting and also unplugging it, but it is still buzzing and  will do
so at reboot. any remedies?

Hello.  I have a 30GB hdd with XP Pro installed.  I have a 60GB only for
files.  I bought a 200GB hdd today and want to install it, but when I
uninstalled the 60GB hdd from the device manager and rebooted, I only get a
blinking cursor when it's time for Windows to be loading.

When I install a third stick of pc2700 ddr ram (4 different types now!) my
bios recognizes the extra ram, but winxp pro freezes after booting into my
desktop with the taskbar. (*I can't click on anything to make it work once
the gui is up).

hi guys. i have a sony dvd/cd-rw crx 320e drive, and it's causing real
problems. It has been in my PC since i had it built for me, and it worked
fine for over a year.  Then suddenly, it will only play DVDs, and will not
acknowledge ANY other type of disc.

I only want up to 4 computers connected.. I dont need a
hardware firewall ( I will use XPSP2 firewall on the pcs) .. I just want to
connect my ADSL modem (its just a simple ethernet adsl modem) so that its
always on, and the other computers connect to the internet and between
