This memory module CT32M64S4D7E is available from Crucial directly for $68.39 (on sale) and from NewEgg for $57.00. NewEgg lists it as OEM. What makes a memory module OEM anyway? Is this the same exact module? Any reason not to get it from NewEgg and save $?

I'm running XP SP2. My PC has an IDE 52x CD/RW drive. With just one particular CD that everyone else in the office can read fine, my mouse freezes for a couple minutes at a time, but then recovers. That is, the computer doesn't crash (not right away), but

Ok, gang, I have come up with a web-surfin' granny type PC I want to sell. With taxes and shipping in my area, it comes to $267. And that is no OS, keyboard, speakers or mouse. Obviously adding XP would add another $100. I was thinking about adding a free Linux based OS.
