I installed the latest intellipoint drivers for the mouse, but when I
restarted and went into device manager I had 2 mouse drivers, the new
intellipoint and above that was a HID compliant mouse, I uninstalled the HID

This is odd. I was trying to add a second lan card to my pc but winXP will
not show it. If I add the hardware and driver manually it will show up in
device manager but it says "unable to start this device"(code 10).  It has
been tried in 2 different pci slots with same results. ...

I'll assume this is onboard sound on the motherboard. Try downloading the
drivers from the manufactures website. Ensure the onboard sound is enabled
in the BIOS. Remove the old drivers (either through Add/Remove Programs if

I know the root of this problem isn't actually mup.sys. It's actually
the process after it.
But, what I'm wanting to know is how to solve my problem.

Somehow, while rebuilding a computer and reinstalling Windows, I have a
removable drive H indicated in Workplace and Explorer but which doesn't
exist in reality.
It has 0 Octets capacity and 0 Octets used.

cable is damaged or not connected so can not carry on with instalation of

Sometimes afte my printer spools up, and the moment it begins printing, the
audio will cut out and I need to reboot in order to get sound again.
Anyone have any thoughts on what is causing this?

HI, i'm having problems with my CD-ROM drive.  i bought my Computer off
of ebay, and for a couple months the comp worked fine, but now the
CD-Rom drive doesn't work after using it once or twice after you turn
on the computer.  to make it work again, you have to restart or turn

Hi. I've upgraded my RAM to 1Gb.
I understand the onboard Graphics card automatically gets 64mb.
Is there any way to allocate it more RAM ?
I use PaintshoproX with a tablet and I'd like it to be a bit zippier.

Okay, well, I have done my research and have found nothing, well, not the
answer to my problem anyway. I really need the help here, I do need this
problem fixed ASAP!!
