I got a USB mouse, and it installed fine, but when I restart the computer AFTER shutting off the power strip, the USB mouse does not work - if I unplug the mouse and plug it back in, it is fine... If I leave the power strip on when I shut down the computer, it is fine...

I just ordered a DL 16x DVD burner. Presently have a CD-RW drive installed. Question...will I or should I turn burning OFF on the CD-RW so the DVD is the only burning drive for both DVD and CDs?
