Has anyone else run into this problem? It's slowly started to creep through my building. In My Computer, the Drive is labeled a CD-RW Drive but once you put a Blank CD in, it turns into a simple CDROM drive and no applications recognize

hi, i am in the process of installing the drivers for my AverMedia DVB T 771 tv card and it has asked me to insert the XP Professional disk and the XP Pro SP1 disk as it needs some files. i have lost my disk, so is there any way of downloading the required files, or downloading SP1?
