I have a new Seagate 400GB SATA disk that I am trying to install WinXP Home on. The disk is recognised by the WinXP installation system, and I select it to install Windows on. It copies the files across, but when I reboot I get the message 'Missing operating system.'

Years ago I heard of a Bootable Jaz Drive. A user can swap out different hard drives and use different operating systems. Is there such a system now? If so, is it any good ?
