How do I remove the green that appears on my photos when I use acdsee 8
other programs shows them fine

I have a Sony DVD/CD-RW and a NEC 1300A DVD+/-RW slaved off of it.  
Everything that is supposed to work on the Sony is doing fine.
Just recently, my NEC 1300A DVD-RW quit recognizing RW discs and, once a DVD
disc has been burnt with data or movies, it won't recognize them either.  ...

I have an onboard video card now and would like to change it to a 128MB
ATI video card that I have. What is the best way to take the old one off
and put the new one on?

sound only comes out of one of my speakers. They are the Harmon/Kardon
speakers that came with the computer. is it the speaker itself or what?

if a software is using about 20-30 precent of CPU most of it's running time,
will this cause more power consumption of the machine?

Just bought a Dell Dimension 1100, I saved the hard drive from my old
computer a Maxtor Diamond max Plus 9 120GB ATA/ 133 HDD. The computer only
has one connector for the hard drive, but since it did not come with the DVD
drive I was wondering if I could put it on that EDE cable ...
