I have a win xp home edition.I have a 17" flat moniter with an intel 82845g
graphics card.few line like things appear on the bottom of my moniter
screen.they are transparent so u can't spot them that easily.is it a hardware
prob or should i update my driver.

Anyone else find this?  My Microsoft KB Elite for Bluetooth seems to have
"moods".   Periodically it'll decide not to work when I'm in safe mode or in
bios.  This morning it wouldn't bring my PC out of standby.   These seem to
be intermittent because the next time it will work.
