I am trying to repair a windows xp pc and have installed new mobo + new psu because these were faulty? so i thought. The same problem still exsists i.e.no bootup nothing!. There is a voltage off sorts from the new psu but pc will still not boot up, no power to lights or anything

I have this strange problem with USB flash drives. If I plug in one while booting up from Win XP SP2, I get a bluescreen with error 7B. If I boot up the pc without the USB flash drive, then the pc boots up fine. The USB flash drive works ok in the OS.
