I'm trying to install a wireless mouse. When I plug it into the USB sucket, I get the message that "My new USB device exceeds the power limits of my HUB port". Do I have the wrong hardware, or that can be fixed by changing some settings?

I have a two button mouse with a scroll wheel and the right button behavior has changed. I cannot right click on files in Windows Explorer, drag then and be presented with the "COPY/MOVE/etc" dialog box. In fact, not right click drag operation works.

I have a Dell C400 laptop with windows xp. It starts normally and shows my background photo fine at first, but by the time it finishes the bootup sequence, it has reduced the resolution to the lowest possible - 640 x 480.

Am going to upgrade a larger HDD for the notebook, and my question is - will 7200 RPM really outperform 5400 RPM with a "noticeable" difference? The price between the two are "noticeable" but wondering about their performance would be the same?

Sorry if this question is an obvious one but I'm fairly new to this. I want to install a new larger SATA hard drive, my motherboard supports this although at the moment it has an ATA hard drive. I want to use the SATA as the master and the old drive as a slave.

I have a laptop (made by a german company called targa). The fan comes on full power every few minutes or so, depending on what I am doing. This is quite loud and slightly annoying, the rest of the time it is not on at all.

HELP. When there is no disc in the DVD drive it says its a DVD-RW drive which is right, but when i put in a DVD it says it is a CD Drive and that it cant run it. What should I do.
