If anyone can help me out PLEASE,
I have two hard discs, Windows is drive D on SATA via an Abit Serillel adapter
and storage is drive C (IDE) which simply does not show in explorer.  It shows in
the device manager which says "this device is working properly".  And it shows
Jump Drive not recognized as drive on laptop, using XP Pro15 Apr 2006 20:40 GMT1
(note: I posted this in general section earlier today, but have gotten no
response.  Hopefully somebody can help me with this).

Sometimes, when I boot up, I can only get an upload connection, no
download. If I reboot, sometimes I will get the download, sometimes not.
If I uninstall the drivers to the NIC, reboot and let XP install the

I have a webcam with intergrated microphone that I use to contact my folks

I have a HD I salvaged from my old laptop. I put it in an external case. This
drive was configured to have an extra partion (I believe it's called) to
backup saved data. So, when the drive is plugged into the USB port, it shows
two drive as added.  The primary section is 7.49 GB ...

I installed a Lexmark X2350 on my laptop running XP home SP2 with only 1 USB
1.1.port, it being 10 years old and short on memory! Installing it on my PC

Occasionally the devices connected to the USB ports that are built into the
motherboard of my PC go offline - you hear a ding-dong noise when  this
happens, then they go online again along with a dong-ding noise.
