I ran Windows Update on 3 machines from the Microsoft site and installed the
following patches:
KB902344, KB886903, KB904942, KB909993, KB909520, KB891122, and KB896344.

I recently reformatted my hard drive and now my computer doesn't detect any
sound card. My sound card is integrated to my mother board and I can't find

Can anyone tell me how to permanently disable the tapping feature on my
touchpad?  Every time my computer is restarted, the "tapping" feature is

I have an IBM ThinkPad into which I've plugged a monitor and a USB hub with a

What does 'CMOS checksum error' mean.  I had to press the F1 key
as required to get this computer started.
Motherboard is Gigabyte GA-K8V Ultra-939. One gig ram, AMD 64
