When going into systems and hardware and trying to get
into device manager a message tells me that the file is
missing. How do I get it back?

I'm experiencing a few problems with mysetup i'm hoping someone could
point me in the right direction....

every time i restart my machine my modem driver stops responding.  i
then have to uninstall the modem, reinstall the driver, then edit all
of my prefs.  is there a reason for this?  i've purchased and installed
a new modem and i have the same problem with it.  both modems are decent

I just bought a D-Link DI-604 router expecting it to have a modem inside -
my fault, should have read more carefully!
I have a USB dsl modem but the router needs an Ethernet connection to work.
Is there any way I can connect from the USB modem to the router with a

I bought an ASUS fully intergrated motherboard and placed a stick of 512mb
memory. The system has Windows XP professional with SP2 and all the updates,
but the memory was only reading 490mb instead of 512mb. I didn't flash the
BIOS for the motherboard due to the fact it was new ...

I have two flash drives from different manufacturers.  Both work perfectly in
