every time i restart my machine my modem driver stops responding. i then have to uninstall the modem, reinstall the driver, then edit all of my prefs. is there a reason for this? i've purchased and installed a new modem and i have the same problem with it. both modems are decent

I have 1 Harddrive (80GB) and 2 partitions on it (C drive and G drive) I have other harddrives in the computer, that is why the second partition on it is G: I also have Partition Magic Version 8.0 but I find no way there to delete
