Hello. I am having a problem with XP's AGP support. My nVidia control panel
says that both my Video Card and my mobo support 8X AGP but my OS only
supports 2X. My brothers machine only supports 4X AGP but he gets almost

I have a Sony VAIO using Windows XP Home.  I want to assign
a "double-click" to the mouse wheel click switch.  I guess that the
driver installed doesn't allow configuring the scroll switch to do
anything.  Has anyone a suggestion?

When I turn on my computer I receive error code 1000-0141 and am told the
hard drive is not available (I have Windows XP home).
I've read around this site and it sounds like the hard drive is dead.
Can this happen if the laptop was hit or knocked suddenly?

I have four user accounts on the PC. On one account and only one, the PC
will attempt to read the 3.5 drive on startup and with certain programs.
