I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop with 3 USB ports. When I connect a Brother MFC-7220 to one of them, the MFC cannot print. If I connect it to either the other two, it works fine. Under device manager one of the USB comes out as Unknown device. What could be the problem?

I recently updated my processor to one that supports Hyper-Threading. While at times, I get better performance/speed and improved startup times as a result, I also have times where processes hang for a while, and in a few rare cases, crash and the system restarts.

I plug it in, but it gets recognized as a PS2 mouse? The USB mouse already attached still works, but I can't get the MS kb recognized as such, and can't find a driver for it that might help. Any suggestions?

We put a bunch of computers into a large trade school, and we're getting back DDR400 dimms with pins 184 and 181 burned off. We think these are being hot-swapped, and we're going to run some tests in a couple days to see if we can duplicate, but have any of you seen this before?
