I recently bought a Microsoft wireless IntelliMouse, which I am using on a WIN/XP system. I have set the wheel button to double-click, but it only works intermittently. It is not that it works for some applications and not for others - it's completely unpredictable.

Few days back my hard disk as I thoght crash, was not. I buy a new one, installed xp with other product id and activated. Later I came to know that old disk which I thought crash was not so, actually it was a hardware problem. RAM stick were mismatch.

I am working with a relatively new Dell Inpiron 600m. Trying to fax. Modem is a Conexant D480 MDC v.9x. Does anyone know if I need a built-in or PCMCIA 'fax/modem' upgrade in order to fax? Or should this modem do the trick?

Howdy, folks! I had to change out my PS in my Socket-478-based computer (P4 3.4GHz w/2GB RAM) because the old PS quit turning off; and found that it now works fine (it actually turns off when I tell it to do so), but Standby and Hibernate both go into "blue interrupt heaven". ...
