Hello all, I am ner here and was just looking for help. Seems like th
computer ficing joins dont help at all.
My laptop battery wont charge, i have to wiggle the cable around for

as saying it was another Intel "marketing" scheme.
Well, as you have probably have read today, those benchmarks are now final.

when I play a dvd or a audio cd the sound as well as the video is very bad.
It's like there is not enough memory to perform the task. I'm using windows
media player 10, and tried playing it in power cinema as well. Media player
is worse then power cinema. What do I do?

For the longest time I resisted to install XP ServicePack 2 since everything
worked fine. I decided yesterday that it might be time to do it anyhow.
I went much smoother than expected.
But XPSvcPack2 created an huge problem:

I have a LACIE external Hard disk.
It allways worked even when I have formated my HD yesterday friday july 14th.
But I'm afraid I have done someting wrong in the advanced setup.
I could not format my harddisk again, so I went to my advanced setup to

I got a new computer and installed winxp pro. It kept rebooting and a few
days later I noticed it couldn't unzip any files I downloaded (CRC failed)
but the files were ok(unziped on other computer). every thing was very
unstabe, programs would stop with windows error messages ...

I've this problem and I can't find the cause.
When I try to defrag a partition the computer completely stops and I
can do nothing; I can't move the mouse, I can't open the task manager
Even the numloc can't be turned off. The only option that I have is the

Some power supplies have one large fan in the middle rather than 2 small
fans that Intel recommended.

I have a IDE drive from my old computer and hooked up a IDE to SATA converter
to adapt it to my newer computer as a back up. The computer sees the drive
and the partition on the drive but it doesn't assign it a drive letter.
Thinking it was the converter, I swapped out one of my DVD ...
