When trying to install my Windows Mobile Pocket PC, the hardware installer give a message "can't install this hardware, the name is already in use as a service name or service display name." The drivers will not install for the device and Windows will not detect the device.

As the subject states... I'm running windows xp home (sp2), and am using nero 6.6.4. I'm using a SONY DVD RW DW-Q58A drive inside a usb2.0 enclosure. I can burn cds just fine.

ahter updating firmware form a dvdburner and restart, my external hard drive letter was changed. My dvdburner has the letter that my usb hard drive had.
