I have an XP Pro machine that is blue screening about once a week, sometimes more often sometimes less. I don't know how to evaluate the system to determine what's causing it, the Microsoft response says "hardware failure is the most likely cause".

I cannot get the +/- Volume controls to work on a new keyboard. I have no problem with an older Natural Keyboard Pro unit. I sent back my first Ergonomic keyboard thinking it was faulty. Surely I cannot have received two boards with the same fault?

Upon rebooting Win XP, this message has started to come up. I'm then given the option to F1 and continue or DEL to enter setup. I am not knowledgable enough to fool around with settings, but I have looked and didn't see anything alarming - but what do I know.

How can I determine if my USB ports are 2.0 or 1.1 ??? The reason is I want to purchase a USB Flash Drive and I've been reading on the SanDisk web site that their latest models require 2.0 for optimum speed transfers. Thanks!!

hey all, i just bought one of those as described in the subject line. how do i load the drivers up when i'm at a command prompt. for instance if i reboot my machine in boot to the command prompt, can i load the drivers for the usb 2.0

My boot drive became so corrupted that I was forced to reformat and reinstall XP Home. In the Computer Management Console I am able to see the secondary drive (which has all of my backups) but am unable to assign a drive letter to it.
