My brand new Compaq Presario V3011 does not seem to be able to accept either
of my plug and play removable memory drives (an Easydisk 256MB & a SanDisk

The helpful Microsoft message says that the most likely cause of the

Couple of things are unclear to me about DDR technology.
1) Dual-channel DDR...the memory modules (actually the pairs of 2 identical
ones) that are used...Are they REGULAR DDR modules that CAN be used on a

I am looking to add an external hard drive to my computer (its a windows xp
