Backing up stuffs to the dvd-r doesn't seem safe.
So, I am thinking to get an external hard disk.
I've seen some of them now is as large as 1 Tega.

my computer does not seem to detect my internal 6 in 1 multi card

I just replaced my old motherboard with a new one and now Windows is not
starting up. I have WinXP SP2 and when is loading in safe mode it stops when
loading xmasbus.sys saying ESC if you don't want to load xmasbus.sys, after

I just purchased a new WD 160gb external hdd and xp sp2 refuses to recognize
the drive at all. It never shows up in device mgr(only a yellow question mark
is shown in other devices/ext hdd), no drive letter is ever assigned, and the

As above, i am in a complete loop with my system after returning from
university . Can someone post how exactly to pause a BSOD? Full
instructions if possible, bearing in mind i cannot get into Windows at
