How do i find out if the power supply is ATX V2.03 complaint? I think i need this type of power supply but some website does not show if it's ATX v2.03. It hard to choose since there's so many ATX types v2.0, V2.01, v2.03, V2.2

I want to get the all smart card reader in my pc by calling winscard.dll, but the reader name was truncated. its length just has 20 char, but my reader name is about 40 char when it is displayed in device manager. who can help me to solve it? below is my source code:

Maybe coincidence but the buzzing started just after enabling Wake On Lan (PME Event) in bios. On restart fairly loud continuous buzzing noise from m/b. Removing cards etc. have narrowed it down to m/b itself. I strongly suspect the chipset

On the Microsoft hardware site, there's a technical data sheet for the VX-6000 web cam that does explicitly list Windows XP Pro x64 as a supported operating system. So at least one of the low-resolution Microsoft web cams supports x64...
