Asus help is not existing.  My problem:
Recently at the end of the booting sequence (but before Windows load) for a
moment (it's hard to catch) I see on screen some message saying (as I could
catch it):

I did a clean install of win xp..have all the updates thru SP 2..
My speakers are hooked up correctly, but i cannot get it to configure
correctly, as i cannot get the sound to work.
i have tried to remove them under device mgr and then 'add new hardware' but

What are the symptoms of a inadequate Power Supply Unit, other than not

I just installed a 250GB drive (WD WD2500JB). No problems with BIOS or OS
(xp sp2) recognizing and using the drive, supports 48bit LBA.
However,
1) I noticed that Disk Manager in Windows XP SP2 reports the disk as 232.88

I've built my own PC and Installed Media Center and want to be able to use
Media Center on the TV while using the PC Monitor for something else. The
video card has to outputs so I'm working on that but how can I have 2 sound
cards so one is used by Media Center and one by XP ?

Is it possible to get the HP Share to Web program to work correctly with

Recently I upgraded to SP 2 and now windows won't boot properly, it gets so
far them I get the black screen with startup options?
Start up in Safe mode with networking works, the only way to boot normally
is to do a system restore that takes me back b4 SP2, any ideas?

I cannot record to a CD-R on seperate occasions, even though the Cd is not
Full. CD-RW work Fine. Is there a setting that I must utilise to allow
multiple recordings.

My DEVICE MANAGER window (from CONTROL PANEL | SYSTEM PROPERTIES | HARDWARE)
is empty – all icons disappeared.
My NETWORK CONNECTIONS window is also empty.
I tried the SYSTEM RESTORE to go back to a safe point, but it is also
